Joni Zeroles-Solon is the creator of The Retirement Education Center ( or The R.E.C.). After opening SOS in early 2016 and 10 years of working as an independent agent she noticed a gap in typical senior care and insurance salesmanship.
There are roughly 10,000 people a day turning 65 in America. Unlike in the past most of them will continue to work after they turn 65. Based on research gathered from firsthand experiences, information on SSA.gov and Medicare.gov, as well as discussions with HR departments directly related to her clients, she found that finding helpful information is not an easy task. In an effort to help inform this new generation she created The R.E.C.
